Last week, I received 3 separate reports from patients about their healing. I’d like to pass along some of their stories…
The first patient has had Ulcerative Colitis for over 10 years with yearly colonoscopies that showed very significant ulcerations in her colon. This year, her gastroenterologist advised her that if her colon was still very inflamed, he would recommend removal. Her colonoscopy was normal, for the first time in over 10 years.
The second patient had been diagnosed with end-stage liver disease and Mayo Clinic recommended an immediate liver transplant. After a few months of trying to address root causes and giving his liver the nutrients to heal, he came in last week to
report he was much improved. The third patient had reoccurring breast cancer that had spread to her bones and lungs. We recommended an out-of-state holistic clinic, and after 8 weeks, the doctor called me to report that her scan showed her bones were clear, as well as almost all the other cancerous lesions. This was a remarkable report as cancers of this type and severity do not typically respond so well and so quickly.
I am not claiming that we, or any doctor, “cured” these patients. The FDA and medical board would both send me letters reminding me that there are no “cures” for these diseases, and therefore, I cannot claim to have cured them…I would agree with
them! There is no doctor that possess a cure to diseases – YOU’RE THE CURE!
These three reports are a good reminder that the body has an amazing ability to fix itself IF it is stewarded properly. Giving the body what it needs and avoiding what it doesn’t gives the body the ability to try and fix itself. The healing design and intelligence
is allowed to function.
When I first learned this now seemingly obvious truth that the body can fix itself, and then started seeing these “miracle cures” happen in my own patients in Post, TX in 2012, I was amazed and shocked.
I went through a period of cognitive dissonance, not believing what I was seeing and wrestling with questions like How could this be?! Why was I not taught this? Why didn’t my medical school professors and doctors that trained me not know this? That was the beginning of my awakening from my intellectual and spiritual slumber, naivety and immaturity. I started to realize that my profession of medicine was not shielded from the same evils in this world that all other groups are susceptible to: deception, half-truths, egos, self-preservation, hunger for power and control, and the greatest evil of all – the love of money.
Unfortunately, or perhaps in some ways, fortunately, since many people’s eyes are being opened, 2020 was a year that put this deception in medicine on FULL display. For those that have ears to hear and eyes to see, they are now waking up to this same
realization. There is now overwhelming evidence (and common sense) tells us that:
- Quarantining, social distancing and masking is beneficial for SICK people and not the community at large
- Asymptomatic spread is very rare to non-existent
- The PCR test is completely unreliable and the man who invented it said to NEVER use it to try and diagnose a viral illness because it is so unreliable and was never intended to be a DIAGNOSTIC tool
- Early home treatment protocols with ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine are very, very effective
Yet, all the above is not well known by the public and even most healthcare workers and doctors! Public health officials, news media, and celebrity talking heads continue to speak promote half-truths, and downright untruths, while ignoring evidence and truth.
When God first opened my eyes to the fact that diseases are typically just consequences of poor stewardship of our bodies and minds and I was moving out of conventional medicine to start my own integrative medical practice, my wife and I were lying in bed trying to think of a name for this new practice God was establishing. We both said “truth” because we were so convinced of the truth that God designed the body to heal if we just give it what it needs and avoid what it doesn’t. “Veritas” is Latin for truth. Thus, Veritas Medical was born, divinely inspired and orchestrated.
I’m thankful to God for opening my eyes and for putting us on this path together at this unique time in history. Our hope is in Him, THE Truth, THE Great Physician, THE One who can and has already overcome the father of all lies, the great deceiver, the
accuser of the brethren, the thief that comes to steal, kill and destroy and the enemy of all humans.
One of my favorite verses in the Bible, especially this year, is Ephesians 6:12:
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Praise God that He has already defeated this enemy. We need not fear or be anxious for ANYTHING!
