30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re proud to offer you a 30-day (from shipment date) money-back guarantee on all products sold through Veritas Market*.

Refunds require that you return the unopened product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund. To initiate this process, please email us at or contact us by phone at 855-683-7482. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Scheduled Services and Appointment Cancellation/Refund Policy

Products sold as services or appointments through Veritas Market are exempt from the 30-Day Money-Back guarantee. Cancellations 24 hours before the service or scheduled appointment are considered for full refunds.

Supplement Club Refund Policy

For Supplement Club Membership purchases made within the last 10 days, we will refund your full membership fee only if you and your account did not make any eligible purchases or take advantage of Supplement Club members benefits since your latest membership charge.

Quarterly Core 4 Pack Refund Policy

A full refund of the Core 4 monthly charge(s) will be processed for the current quarter as long as we are notified at least 30 days prior to shipping your next quarterly Core 4.

Note: the initial payment to sign up for the Healthy Plan will cover the first 90 day supply of Core 4, which will ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Thereafter, a monthly charge, as long as the Healthy Plan membership is active, will cover the continuous quarterly shipments of 90 days of Core 4.

Other Considerations

Veritas is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Veritas will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
